Ingredients

1 cup precooked long grain rice 500g cubed pork (I used pork rashers with the rind removed) 1 large chopped onion 3 minced garlic cloves 2 small sliced chillies (optional) 3 tablespoons Soy sauce 3 teaspoons Za'atar seasoning 1 vegetable stock cube Sesame seeds (optional) BBQ sauce (mine is store-bought)

Method

1. On high heat, saute onion, chilli and garlic until soft. 2. Reduce stove heat to medium, add pork to the sautéing veggies. After about 3 minutes, add soy sauce, Za'atar and the stock cube. Add BBQ sauce (about a cup) to the cooking pork, reduce the heat to low and simmer until cooked. 3. Add your pork to the cooked rice and mix well. Save a little pork for spooning over the rice. 4. Dish up your rice in a bowl, spoon over some of the left over pork. 5.Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion over your rice (optional)
