Poached pear and fruity muesli medley

The lines are blurred with this half breakfast, half dessert dish. Here's a guilt free indulgence that's perfect for a leisurely weekend brunch.
Ingredients
Poached pear Pears Water Sugar Cloves Orange juice Orange zest Lemon juice
Muesli and fruit medley Double cream/Greek yoghurt Muesli/Granola Mixed berries Coconut shavings Pumpkin seeds Nuts Edible flowers
Method 1. Place the peeled zest and juice from the lemon and orange into a saucepan. Fill the pot with about 500ml of water. Add the cloves and sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves. 2. Peel the pears, add to the saucepan. Simmer gently until tender, then remove from the heat and leave to cool. 3. In a separate bowl, pour a few spoons of yoghurt, top with muesli, fruits and nuts. Put the poached pear in the center of the dish and garnish with edible flowers. You can add a splash of honey as well if you like.
