Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup double cream yoghurt (I used peach and mango flavour) 100 ml milk 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Handful of dried coconut slivers, dried fruit and walnuts

Method 1. Mix the oats, yoghurt, milk and cinnamon in a bowl, add more or less milk for your desired consistency. Refrigerate overnight 2. When you're ready to serve (overnight oats keeps for about 4 days in the fridge) top with coconut slivers, dried fruit and walnuts.
